Friendly environment, FREE wi-fi, FREE breakfast, location is less than 5 min walk from the tube(metro), only couple of stops from city centre.
Also microwave, fridge and iron available in the room.
And very important, cheap safe parking.

The service was so friendly it was like staying in a much smaller, famly run hotel - 10 out of 10. - The staff were extremely helpful, with excellent English language skills. Great staff. Very willing to help with anything. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Probably one of the best we had our entire trip! Tobias (the manager) was so nice and funny, too! Great location from the Munich Rail. Only three blocks away.

Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance. Really enjoyed our city break here.

you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. Bed is ok, sheets too. Pillows are very thin.... Towels are slightly old... and small. You need to pay for cleaning the room (2
