I have to say that the Hessischer Hof is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I'm not sure which Bristol I am rating. We stayed at two, one in Zurich and one in Frankfurt. The Bristol in Frankfurt rates much higher on my list than the one in Zurich. The Hotel is really very good, in a very good location (on foot 3 min away from Hauptbahnhof and 10 min from Center), very clean, quiet enough, cheap, staff was polite.
I really did not find anything bad in this Hotel and of course I recommend that to everybody who want a good place to stay without spending a lot of money!!! -

All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this

Very comfortable room, free minibar (juice, soft drinks and water), free movies. The room was very well soundproofed.
Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful.

Right near train station but not in the main part of Frankfurt so you can't walk from there anywhere. Taxi from airport couldn't find it because it is so new but it was nice and great value for money.
