Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, within walking distance of several notable sites in Berlin, including Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate. Easy to find by car from motorway and good parking facilities.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, the design is gorgeous and the breakfast delicious. The hotel is very quiet, the design very interesting and the personal is very friendly. - Room design and usage of space. Excellent breakfast. Polite staff.

The location of the hotel, which is right beside Check Point Charley, and represents a perfect starting point for an historical and cultural sightseeing! Moreover, the confort of the room: my wife and I had read several negative reports about a supposed "glass wall" in the room, between the toilette and the bedroom, but that turned out in-existent. Maybe the problem had been satisfactorily solved!

Excellent location, within walking distance of many places of interest. Stasi exhibition, Topography of Terror, Checkpoint Charlie, all in the immediate vicinity. Can walk to Brandenburg Gate/Unter Den Linden which we did with 2 young children and kids Grandmother. Stadmitte U Bahn also very close. We only had breakfast on the last day in the hote

Clean, comfy beds, quiet location but only minutes away from fantastic Christamas market at Gendarme Market.
Good mix of clientel young, kids, mature, business etc. Checkpoint Charlie about 200yds away. Amazing chocolate shop around corner.
Staff were friendly and always helpful.
The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, great choice. Healthy fruit and cereals to bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. Ham, cheeses croissants, smoked salmon, toast, cakes etc. etc. Great location. Lisa helped

We chose this hotel both for location and price for a long, Xmas market weekend. On arrival, we were informed that our room rate (c€75/night) was inclusive of breakfast, soft drinks and hot drinks, which was a real bonus. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Everything was within a short walking distance away. Every easy to get around and see the sights. There was a train/metro station just 2-3 minutes outside of the hotel door. -
