Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) . Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from
reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing
that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch
(muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread).
This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...).

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

I had a wonderful, large suite that was very well equipped and incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful and the hotel is very centrally located. - The hotel is at an excellent part of Berlin-Mitte. The suites are clean and very modern.

The Hotel is very new and very attractively decorated. The room we had was very big - it had 3 beds in it and a settee! The location is excellent for using the S-bahn - about a 3 minute walk from the station. The staff are very freindly and helpful. The breakfast which was included in the price for the room was really good - both cold and cooke
