Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, within walking distance of several notable sites in Berlin, including Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate. Easy to find by car from motorway and good parking facilities.

very nice hotel. great location - easy access by foot, bike, metro, car. Good breakfast - a bit expensive if you consider feeding the whole family :-) Only rated "good" for comfort because of the constraction which is currently is going on in a backyard. -

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. The hotel was absolutely great!!! Very centrally located, lots of shops, clubs and restaurants nearby. I arrived at Friedrichstrasse train station and walked in less than 5 min to the hotel.
