  Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. - lovely hotel with excellent staff. great breakfast !

Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - The staff was very friendly and helpful! The place was extremely clean and was decorated very elegantly! Food was very good and the dining area was very nice!
