Очень уютно и красиво внутри! - The hotel is surprisingly posh, we didnt expect such a caliber when booking it. The staff is very polite, very helpful, and it is easily accessible through U-bahn and S-bahn. - The hotel was excellent and if I understood right, opened just a couple weeks ago. I hope it will keep it´s high standard also in future.

The people working there are very helpful, positive and they provide you with all kind of useful information about the city. The decoration is awesome and it gives you the feeling of relaxation and comfort. The rooms are tidy, clean and well decorated. - Very friendly staff, nice facilities, room was very nicely done, felt like a hostel/hotel, we were in the comfort room which were en-suite and a very nice place to stay! Close links to the trains/metro etc.

The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -

The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. It was an amazing price/ quality ratio. We had a wonderful, huge apartment for a price elsewhere you wouldn't even get a broom closet. We were amazed about the luxurious comfort and the full equipment of the suite. Specially the kitchen had everything from a fridge, micro wave to a washer. You could have moved in there for living.

Very nice design hotel - nice big room - good location close to U-bahn, restaurants and close to Alexander Platz (10 minutes walk). Quit area.
Free wifi - worked best in the lounge. Will absolutely stay there again when returning to Berlin !
