Good location, near old harbour, 20min from aldshtat by feet. Very opened staff. Nice interior, clean and light room. местоположение - Impressive ! Customer service is very good. Quiet room even on road side. Swimmingpool and sauna inside the hotel. Heater in the floor in bathroom. desk chair to work. TV channels choices. - Loved the room. Spacious, very clean, very nicely decorated, very comfortable. I would stay there again and again.

Excellent location - a few minutes walk from the train station in one direction and just around the corner from the KO in the other direction. The actual hotel was first class: wonderful clean, big room, perfect bathroom. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and had lots of varieties of everything. Staff were superb, exceptionally helpful and polite.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

Fair location if you are on the move. About 10 minutes away (by metro) from the main shopping and bar area, or a 35 minute walk. Breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, but repetitive for a 4 day stay. Rooms were very comfy and clean. The location of the hotel is suitably located within easy walking of the main shopping district and an amazing assortment of excellent restaurants from fast food to fine dining. The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. The pricing was fantastic and we stayed for 6 nights for the price of 2 nights in a comparable hotel in North America.

I loved everything, the maid and receptionist were very serviceable and polite.The breakfast is wonderfully.(just little far the center, but there is transportation near) - Great night's sleep. Clean and comfortable. Spoke great english and helpful clerks.

Location! It's next to Hofgarten (nice park with playground for small children) which you walk through 5-10min to get to the edge of the city centre. From there it was very easy and quick to get to the different Christmas markets, shopping areas, restaurants etc.
