Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment. All-in-all, a great place to stay, IMO. -

Very comfortable room, free minibar (juice, soft drinks and water), free movies. The room was very well soundproofed.
Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful.

Right near train station but not in the main part of Frankfurt so you can't walk from there anywhere. Taxi from airport couldn't find it because it is so new but it was nice and great value for money.

The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably close to the train station (5 euro taxi ride). Free internet and a/c were a plus. We went to Frankfurt for a concert and picked this hotel because it was across the street from the Festhalle. It couldn't have been nicer or more convenient. If you go to the fair - location is excellent. To the center it is also just 15 min walk so I explored all the city from this place. Breakfasts are very good - with all kinds of fruit and juices and oatmeals, chease and meat. Tea, coffee in the room. It is only 15 min by taxi from the airport and the railway station is 1 stop from the hotel. Will stay here the next time.

The location of the hotel was very good. A stone's throw away from Frankfurt Hbf with everything in the surrounding area.
The see-through shower in the room is a novelty and quite an amusement and fun for a couple. -

I found the staff friendly and very helpful. An example of this was despite having to leave at 5.30am on my last morning, they still produced a good buffet breakfast including fresh coffee. - Staff directed us to best food for our one night stay. Great directions in using local transit service. They also offered extra early breakfast.
