This hostel is located near the Marienberg fortress, 15-20 minutes from the train station. We've booked a dinner in advance but were late. Nevertheless it was a good news for us not to be charged for that. We weren't asked to pay any money for an annual IYHF membership either (as it is written in the booking form). Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. With the exception of one, their English was very good. The location was very convenient to the sights of Wurzburg and the breakfast included with the booking was excellent. My husband appreciated having a couple of English TV channels as well as the roller shade for sound and light blocking

Nice location on a side street very near the Dom. I was in the back and even had a view of the market square from about a block away (hence, not noisy). -
This is a great hotel which is in the heart of Wurzburg. The staff and breakfast was #1. I highly recommend this hotel. I will use it again.

The Hotel is located just a short walk from many of the major tourist points of Wurzburg. Although the interior is slightly dated the rooms are incredible clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and had lots of items to choose - The place is perfect, just a 5 min walk from the station - in very good surroundings. Very close the center town and a nice walk to very nice shops. It is clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly. We got a huge bag of take away breakfast for we couldn't make breakfast. Great place, value for money. We will visit there again.

Comfortable rooms in great location. Good concept and breakfast was Value for money. Reception was helpful and gave all relevant information very well. Wud recommend Guru - a Indian restaurant for some nice food as well. Free car parking is behind the hotel. -

I love this place. I had a single room that was extremely cheap, yet very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are larger than most I have stayed in throughout Europe. Cute little hotel, especially the restaurant and stairwell, done up in traditional German. Staff were fantastic and enormously helpful and welcoming. Parking was convenient too and location if hotel is a short walk to the platz and all the tourist spots.

The hotel is very close to Wurzburg railway station and city centre. The bus stop and tram stop are in front of the hotel which is very convenient. I stayed there with my friends and they arranged a separate apartment for us which was great. While booking I had paid for 6 people but 1 of us was unable to join, I requested the hotel manager and they agreed to return the money, so very flexible and friendly. Over all it is worth the money.
