Provides extra facilities compared to a usual hotel. Friendly, new and great to have food, bar, pool, spa all in one venues. Bus stop at gate great also . We would stay here again anytime. -
This is a wonderful hotel.
Located in a nice and quiet area, very nice and relaxing SPA. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to spend good and relaxing time in Hamburg.

Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious,
however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we
could have been moved to double rooms. Very good value for money
especially as breakfast included! Very handy location with two ubahn
stops close by. Would recommend -

The room situation was excellent. Totally cleaned up everywhere. The swimmingpool and fitnessroom nearby was also enough for one's satisfaction.The instructor there (man and woman) were definitely kind. - Very comfortable room, great breakfast selection, friendly staff, excellent range of equipment in the fitness room.

Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area. It's close to shopping and sights, too, and if you're not too burdened with luggage, you can walk from the cruise center (we did, with 50-pound bags). Superbude is SUPER! Great friendly atmosphere, good selection at breakfast, price of rooms is very cheap and rooms are clean and supernice. Use of washing machines, use of the kitchen, dvd with big screen in movie room and internet surfing: all this is free. Free WiFi in the lobby. Free german fashion magazines, free postcards... everything is fun!

I loved staying at the hostel! It was very modern and very clean. The
staff were so friendly! My room was with 6 other girls and very modern
too. Nice bunk beds and with privacy screens. Chargers for cell phones
and computers. You don't need adapters if you can charge with a
usb cable. Each bed has their own charging station along with light.

Lovely a quiet whilst sleeping - a big surprise considering location - no noise from outside or other people staying in the hostel.
Brilliant location - right next to the Hauptbahnhof, two art galleries/museums, lots of places to eat and easy walking distance to attractions such as Rathaus, Jungfernstieg, Alsterwasser usw.
