Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information.
Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe.
The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served.
I will surely come back if I ever come back to Dortmund

The hotel is classy, stylish and professional. It's a great location too as it is only a minute or two's walk to the shops and about a 5 minute walk to the square where the good pubs are. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous. -
Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :)

Excellent location and great value for money. - The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The double room we were given was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal as it was close to the Christmas markets and a stone's throw from the main shopping street.

good location, next to the iconic U building, and Westentor U-bahn station, and a short walk to the City centre. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms spacious and well appointed, and excellent vfm.

Kind of spartan rooms, but clean and cheap. Location is perfect, stuff is great. Breakfast was very good and a great value for the money (6e per day, per person). Free WiFi in the lobby (not very fast, but we managed to make good use of it). -
