  the location was ideal, staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. it was a great hotel for our weekend trip to koln! i would definitely stay there again! - Very nice, perfect location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and good knowledge of English. Good breakfast.

  Excellent location, quiet atmosphere, spacious apartment - Everything was excellent. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, as well as very efficient. The apartments were gorgeous - spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The balcony (with table and chairs as well) - a definite plus. The apartments only seem a bit sparsely furnished becaus... что говорят » e they are so roomy. In fact you will find everything you need. The beds were super-comfortable and clean, the clothes closet quite spacious. The kitchen was very convenient - this was the feature that attract - There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

  На первый взгляд отель не плохой, но когда вечером на второй день я вернулся в номер и увидел вчерашнею полную пепельницу очень сильно удивился и решил проверить когда же они её уберут.   It was very clean, well-located and quiet. The close proximity of the city and the abundance of public transport were also very important.   We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were.   We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The staff was very accommodating, giving us a remote room where our dogs did not disturb anyone even by chance. This is really a good choice if you need a basecamp in Köln! - The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.
