The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.

We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, providing extra sheets and speakers for an iPod after we arrived. Large apartments hotel. Really beautiful corner apartment full of windows, great view at TeleTower. Technics, furniture, equipment, stuff are very fine and new, good well known producers (AEG, Toshiba, etc.). Delicious croissants in the morning. Coffee. Clean, fresh. Large comfortable lift. It was one of my best rooms/apartments abroad.
Well located, between two different subway stations (different lines), 2-3 minutes walk. Alexander Platz is 7-10 minutes walk.

I'd say that everything is fine with this apartments (Karl Marx
Allee 137). It's clean and quite cosy. The kitchen is equipped with
everything you need and moreover there were some oil, tea bags, salt and
sugar - it helps when you've just arrived :) Taxi driver lost in
this district, he didn't know any word in English and Anne explained
him by phone what's a place he needs to get to. Many thanks.
