  The hotel was old fashioned but very well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. - Very easy to access the U-Bahn.   The apartment was great! We were a group of 9 girls in our late 20s & there was plenty of room for us all. Only 2 bathrooms so was hectic when all trying to shower but we made it work! There's a supermarket 3 blocks away or a small one opposite, & a taxi rank outside Checkpoint Charlie. Balcony as well and a very quiet area, no problems sleeping at all. Would definitely stay again.
