Breakfast facilities were good and the chef was very chatty and happy to let us try different dishes he was preparing for the day, reception staff also very friendly.

  Simply amazing, close to the U-Bahn, clean and nicely designedapartments, the area is full of nice bars, restaurants and nice shops .The service was amazing, we booked an apartment for 2 but after threedays the landlord asked us if we could move to a loft since there was aproblem with the plumbing (we didn't notice anything though ...) .   well-equipped room, quiet, easy to sleep, decent breakfast, at least 3 different tram lines within 1km radius, 24 hour access with key - Really nice place, with a nice staff behind it. Just 15min from Alexandreplatz, from de M4 Tram. Simple but good breakfeast.
