It was in the best position possible for seeing Berlin, the staff could not have been more courteous or helpful and the rooms, bar, lobby, public loos' were all we could have wished for and more.   Euro stars is in central location with easily accessible transport links. The staff from our arrival, we're professional, courteous and eager to pass on local knowledge, and happy to converse in German or English. The room was spotlessly clean and had a huge bed, no less than you would expect. Thanks for you hospitality it was very - Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

  The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. - The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.
