  The staff at this hotel were excellent! I especially liked the two girls(one from the Czech Republic and the other from Slovakia) that workedhere, as they both had great people skills. Bacharach is quite abeautiful town to stroll around in. The food in the hotel restaurant wasvery good and economical. - It was an excelent expirience.   The appearance is of a charming, old world, typically German early building with exposed wood. Inside the bar/reception and views into the dining area are of apparent ancient dark wood. Very atmospheric and just what you want. Then to the room. Not a climb up some rickety old stair case, but a lift/elevator. We got beers from th - Perfect location, in centre of Bacharach em Rhein. We really liked the hotel. The room is very big, it actually has another room as a bedroom and some like a living space (with bed too) and tv. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is big and clean, there are all facilities needed. Elevator (needed for our room at 3rd floor) is good and in working order. Breakfast is very good, large choise of food and members of stuff are very kind and gentle. Hotel has its own parking, but on a w
