  The staff were incredibly friendly and offered great service. The roomswere simply perfect; clean, spacious and great value for money ....despite the exchange rate !!!!   The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was clean and had a lovely breakfast. Was located in a nice area and quiet for sleeping and for seeing the attractions. - Friendly staff, well informed and helpful. Hotel in perfect location.

  I liked that the room was super clean, updated, and there was no smell of smoke anywhere in the hotel including common areas. Very tidy experience. Also, in room 22, I could stick my head out the window and look up and down the river Neckar. Note that the furnishings are modern which is fine by me because they were comfortable and served my nee... что говорят » ds well. Breakfast included. Staff spoke English - The staff was friendly and the location was great! Our room looked out on the river and the old bridge. The view was beautiful, and the location is right off the pedestrian zone.
