First, I liked the location of the hotel, an easy walk to the Altstadt, Schloss and city center with tram line two blocks away. Second, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was perfect. The positive greeting we received when we arrived started the whole weekend with an excellent indication of what was to come. The first impression of the hotel is that it is away from the centre but we found it to be a perfect distance and facilitated a beautiful walk across the bridge into the old town. The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean.
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg.
The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes.
The tram stop is 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. -

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within minutes you are at the Bismarckplatz or the Hauptstrasse. The rooms are quiet and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a fantastic loft apartment. The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.
