The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel was perfect. The positive greeting we received when we arrived started the whole weekend with an excellent indication of what was to come. The first impression of the hotel is that it is away from the centre but we found it to be a perfect distance and facilitated a beautiful walk across the bridge into the old town. The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

Neat Hotel, clean, kind reception, the receptionist carried my GF's bag. The breakfast is above average.

The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We felt like special guests. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. We had a fantastic loft apartment. The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.

Very comfortable, outstanding staff. - Staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of the train station. A Tram line ran past the hotel, which was also convienent. The hotel itself was very clean and well organized.
