  Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg. The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place! Thanks especially to Isabel, who made sure our stay was perfect.

All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.

  A great stay! I went to a conference while my wife shopped and enjoyed the Heidelberg sites. The parking garage, for only 8 euro per day, was easy. A great room with high ceilings. An excellent breakfast with free newspapers. And, when I left my cell phone charger, they mailed it back to me free of charge! - I liked that the private garage was ... что говорят » so close. It was close, convenient and very safe (although I would have felt just as safe leaving it on the street in Heidelberg, it was nice knowing it was secure).

Also, in room 22, I could stick my head out the window and look up and down the river Neckar.
