The breakfast was the best of all 4 hotels we visited. The staff provided excellent overall service. Each were extremely helpful with directions, laundry facilities, casual conversation - we liked it so much we changed plans and stayed an extra day. It is in the farming country but not noisy. You need a car or taxi to get to town (I didn't see

Great breakfast and owners even offered to make us bacon and eggs for breakfast however we choose their traditional breakfast which was great. Free computer use with internet. It's next to River Neckar, we r given a room with the view of the river which is a bonus, the room is spotless cleaned with near brand new decoration, the bed and pillows are unexpectedly comfortable feeling at home, the bathroom is exceptionally spacious! The staff is very friendly!! Lovation is great! Best of all, the breakfast is a big feast!

First, I liked the location of the hotel, an easy walk to the Altstadt, Schloss and city center with tram line two blocks away. Second, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Neat Hotel, clean, kind reception, the receptionist carried my GF's bag. The breakfast is above average.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean.
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg.

The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We felt like special guests. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place!
