Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe. The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are of a fair size. The hotel is in a very good location for my purposes. - Quiet, clean, good breakfast; helpful, friendly staff. I had stayedthere before and chose it again, and would do so in the future. Handy tothe train station, and a pleasant 20-minute walk into the old town.
