Last but not the least, it is also the cheapest hotel at which I have stayed, with good breakfast. - Very clean, very friendly staff, excellent connections to city---15 minutes by tram; it's also quiet, and just a great place to stay. There's a small shopping center just by the tram stop which has great food. There's a bakery with good coffee, and an excellent Vietnamese takeaway (or eat in.) I didn't have breakfast at the Weltcafe as I preferred to have a coffee and bun at the place mentioned above.
