Персонал доброжелательный. Вылет был ранним и завтрак сделали ранним (5 утра) и доставили в аэропорт к нашему терминалу. This was a great little hotel in the centre of the city. 3 mins to the Dom, 5 mins to the main station, 1 min to the shops. Great value for money. Lovely hotel staff. Suprisingly no nose from the streets. - good location,the cathedral,river rhine andmuseums all within walking distance.

Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast
was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff
was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as
you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic.
The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central
station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great
experience and hotel!

The hotel is in a good location for transit to Cologne. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic! The bilingual staff were helpful and friendly. The owner was above-and-beyond in every capacity of client service. I grew up down the street from the hotel and came back for the first time since childhood and she took me on
