Tip: If arriving by car, do not go through the tunnel but turn RIGHT. The parking place allotted is 50m on right.   The staff were so professional and willing to speak English to us. Our waitress Sebrina was excellent and made our dining experience one to remember. This hotel staff are friendly and make you feel at home with them. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was just as good.   This was our second visit. The quality of the whole hotel is outstanding. The style of food is very Germanic but executed to a very good standard. If it were changed to be a little more interesting it would lift this hotel into the superclass.   The hotel was better than most would be in England for the price we paid. Even though the Euro was down to parity with the English pound it was still good value for money.
