Everything was just perfect - from the moment the reservation was made to the moment we had to check out. Didn't wanna leave our beautiful cosy Schmidt apartment which had everything one may need and made us feel at home there. We loved our stay in the circus apartments. It has the most amazing stuff you will ever meet, apartment was roomy, beautiful and spotless with a fully equipped kitchen. Great location in a very quiet side street of a lovely neighborhood, close to the U station, restaurants and a good supermarket. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an apartment with the convenience of a hotel, and especially for families. Everything was wonderful, probably due to the finest team I have seen. Even and a first aid kit (and help to use it) for an accidental wound. Residential area, near to trendy neighborhoods, everything close, including to metro stations, which means you are anywhere in Berlin in 20 minutes. We walked to most attractions, though. Spotless clean, super confortable. Excellent.

I must to say everything of circus are perfect. The design of the apartment is very morden. Every staff there was very kind and professional. Kitchen equipments are very useful. The location is very good. It is close to a station of metro U8. I must to select this hotel if I go to Berlin in the future.
Really pleased with our choice of accommodation, the apartment was bright, well equipped, comfortably warm without being stuffy and spotlessly clean. It was more expensive than others but you get what you pay for. When I visit Berlin again I will definitely stay in these apartments.
Staff were great. Couldn't be more helpful. Booking .com had messed up our booking but circus appartments did all they could to address the situation and ensure we had a great stay. The Circus organisation is truely 'switched on' and customer focused.

No washing machine in the apartment (although communal facilities available in basement), no air-conditioning (meaning in summer you have to sleep with the window open, which would be fine except for the noise).
Web-login for internet sucks, wi-fi in my room was quite unreliable.
