  Very good location, very friendly hotel staff, little present every day(chocolate, food), spacious rooms, modern design, balcony, very bigbathroom, kitchenette and possibility to prepare tea/coffee for free andtea/coffee was available every day.   Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order.
