  the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.

  The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the busy Ku'Dam area. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and curteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from ordering taxis to giving local advice. The breakfast is fantastic value for money - just make sure you are hungry!   Stayed here 3 nights in October-November 2013 and it was a good experience. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking from Osloerstrasse U-Bahn station (u8 and u9 lines). Check-in can be made at the automatic machine they have outside of the hotel and it is quite fast. The breakfast doesn't have a huge variety but it is acceptable. Overall, I strongly recommend this hote - The room & bathroom are v clean and new. The lady at the reception was v friendly, helpfull & funny. We loved her. The hotel is in a quite area but the tram is just accross the street & the underground is 5 min walk & take 10 min to reach the center of the city. The price is gr8. Wifi is good and free. I would come back to this hotel if i visit berlin again

Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.
