  Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. The staff were as friendly as could be and made us feel totally at home. Small requests were greeted with a smile and nothing was too much trouble.   good location for car owners because it's situated just outside the Umwelt-zone, there is every 6 min a tram going to Alexanderplatz (you are there in less then 10min), friendly hotel owners and spacious room+bathroom, very clean and well equipped.
