  Reception staff was friendly and helpful. They always smiled and welcomed us with any kind of information. Our room was at the third floor and it was very clean and furnished of everything you need to bathe. The girl in the breakfast room was really friendly and the breakfast was good-served. The staff are very nice and one of the breakfast staff is extremely gorgeous. - Staff was excellent (guy in Reception was very helpful!), the rooms are really nice, the Internet is very fast, the Hotel is very cosy and modern. The size of the rooms and bathroom is very good! We where very surprised with this hotel, will certainly come back! :)

He gave us great recommendations on where to go and what to see for the short time we were in town (travelling to Dortmund the next day). Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms spacious and well appointed, and excellent vfm.
