  We traveled with our little child. We were checked-in the hotel very late at night, and the stuff was very kind and very helpful. Despite it was in the middle of the night the receptionist called a guy to help us with the luggage. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, and including all we needed. We enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff. - The hotel is nicely located in the center of the city, in Old Tbilisi. It takes 10 minutes to go up from the main street. The room is rather sapcious, equipped with hair-drier,iron and iron-board. In case of rain you`ll be kindly offered an umbrella. The breakfast is good and tasty, it can be served at what time you`ll ask. Special thanks to the staff of the hotel that is very nice, friendly and sincerely eager to help!

Make sure to ask them about places to eat, drink and visit; their advice really made our trip to Tbilisi worthwhile. Great place to stay in Tbilisi. - the owner of the hotel was very helpful with her suggestions about things to do in georgia and what to eat. besides she was very very helpful with the taxi. she called the taxi and talked to the driver for us. the hotel is brand new, it was a great experience to be the first customers.

  The staff was very nice, all of them were helpful and easy to deal with, anything I asked for it, they made it for me with a nice smile on their faces.   The hotel lies a few kilometers out of the centre of Tbilisi. But that doesn't really matter, for there is a subway station in a 10 Minutes walk. The subway is very frequent and only 2-4 stations to central points in Tbilisi. The owner has also helped us a lot to get Taxis to severeal points in Tbilisi not as good reachable by Subway. I came @ 8:00 am and the room was not ready, so the staff reception offer me to sleep with my mother in her bedroom till check inn time. This plus many other excellent experiences. The location of the hotel is perfect, it's close to everything, all - We stayed at E'lesa one night before heading off for an early flight. They were very helpful in arranging the transfer to the airport. The rooms (at least the one we stayed in) are not too big but very nice and functional, and spotlessly clean.
