New hotel very close to Marseille Provence airport with good secure parking. Very clean and modern. Free WiFi to residents, and it is easily accessible. Kettle with tea and coffee and cups in bedroom which is fantastic and rare in France. Excellent bathroom and good layout and use of space in the bedroom. Good useful business desk too. Very near lorry park which did not affect us. Double glazing and air conditioning which all worked well. Excellent all round.

Perfect transfer hotel if you have early flight, perfect organisaton for shuttle bus,some snack and coffee machines at lobby,some pasta box which you can order to your room pickng up from recepton,big space at lobby to seat and relax at table,buffet bar from 18.00 in the hotel Holidayinn whch is in front of, aswell as pool.All clean ,quiet,very very nice, I quess relatelly new.Big surprise - I am fun of Kyriads from now ;). The staff were very friendly and professional. The bedroom was excellent value for money. The only problem is no restaurant facility although breakfast is available. As an airport hotel highly recommended particularly at the price!. branding new hotel, excellent location near the airport. staffs are helpful. rooms are new and clean. sleep tight. good lake view through the window. Need to go to the village centre if you want have dinner,but not very far. We wanted to have a clean, comfy hotel near the airport, with easy connections to downtown Marseille - the shuttle bus service to the airport, buses, and trains was superb, never had to wait more than 15 minutes. - Very nice woman staff, we lost boarding paper and she printed for us again with no extra cost. - Very modern and charming room decoration - Free transport to Marseille Airport in very early morning. The staff are multi-lingual, informed and kind. The facility is located near the airport with gated private parking. It has modern decor, very comfortable and very clean. We were impressed. Wow, what a great value for an airport hotel that had spotless rooms with great design and very comfortable beds and a great shower.for that last night of a vacation before heading home. Other than breakfast, the only place close by for a quick bite to eat was the Holiday Inn Express across the street, which was totally underwhelming. The better option if you ar time limited is to take the shuttle to the airport and eat there. Only downside was no bar or restaurant..but you can walk right across the street to another hotel with both... Having to share facilities accross the road at Holiday Inn express. You could not find the shuttle bus.becouse the hotel is new.they have not made any sign in the airport shuttle station. Nobody know the hotel .no driver know the hotel. There was not any hotel's contact information on the hotel's card.I talk and ask many people.still no result.finally I found a Van with hotel's logo.Then I can came back to the hotel.It took me one hour . you must confirm the detail if you want to use the shuttle bus. The hotel has no drinking or eating facilitates. The staff send you across the road to the Holiday Inn Express to eat. The meal there for which I paid full dinner prices was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten it almost made me sick. The food was not what was ordered but some kind of horrible approximation and if it wasn't warmed in a microwave I am Mickey Mouse. I never give negative feedback usually but it was this hotel that sent me there due to its inadequate facilities. Nothing. A bit isolated. There was almost no place to eat dinner. No restaurant in the hotel and just two cantines in hotels nearby. Not near restaurants. Best bet is Ibis Hotel a mile or so away and even that is only average. If you have a car, you might want to venture into Vitrolles Center. No restaurant on site. Were referred to Holiday Inn across the street where there was a restaurent. The service was abrupt and almost rude and the food was not very good. There was very limited choice for meals. I was ill the following morning and had an 8 hr flight. A very unpleasant experience !. Nothing!!. noisy transformer lighting and inefficient climatisation. surroundings not for a walk. Flies all over breakfast food every morning. Terrible. No food available during day or evening. Breakfast is very poor. A little bit difficult to find from the Terminal (but the shuttle is ok). Breakfast could be more complete. We didn't see any signs and had difficulty finding the hotel. A satnav is essential. Just seen a photo of a swimming pool. We didn't see one there?. We requested a baby bed, which was not there when we arrived (at midnight). They were able to find one for us, but it was broken (although still useable). The bathroom was not clean. breakfast quite simple. Breakfast was poor: no ham or cheese, and at 8 a.m they served old bread.
