  This is a very budget friendly hotel and excellent value. The cheapest place we stayed on our 3 week vacation, but it was super clean and new. Check in was not until 17:00...don't even try to get in earlier.   The location was perfect on homeward route from Italy to Calais and - easy to find. Room (triple) was of a generous size which easily accommodated us and our two large dogs! - Pleasant friendly staff, if you do your best to speak French they meet you half way if there are problems. Clean rooms, good breakfast and easy to find location.
