  Lovely country location on the banks of a river. French country style but modern bedrooms. Restaurant was excellent with lots of choice and also used by locals. No French spoken here but they are well used to foreign guests. - Loved the large heated pool Great demi-pension dinner Nice rooms

  The hotel is located in a nice mansion dating from the early 20th century. The rooms are spacious, including their bathrooms, which are larger than some hotel rooms I have stayed in (in London, for instance). The staff is very kind and prepares excellent breakfasts. Anette, the owner, is very helpful and kind. We got the intimate and personal feeling of staying in someone's while still having all the privacy of a hotel. The rooms and hotel is beautiful, breakfast is great and the facilities are just without comparison. Anette even gives the option of guests to have dinner at the hotel - and eat with her family - for just 20 euros. A fantastic experience, much better food and nicer experience than most tourist restaur
