  Very smart clean apartment for our group of six in a beautiful place. Small, quiet development in attractive residential area. We traveled to Annecy by train and were able to do lots without a car. Gilles picked us up at the bus stop with our bags and helped us settle in. Sevrier is on West side of the lake, on bus and cycle routes, with amazing v... что говорят » iews. Just far enough from Annecy to be away from the crowds, but with 2 supermarkets, sports shop, cycle hire and bell museum a short walk away. We - Marc (the caretaker?) was kind and helpful. We traveled with 6 people (12 years old to 76) so we needed a small kitchen for breakfasts and light dinners, laundry facilities, plenty of hot water for showers, a parking space (which was free), close to Annecy and the walking/biking trails, close to a grocery store. All our needs were met and the price was fair. We also enjoyed the patio.

  The apartment was new (commissioned last July 2013) It is very clean and the kitchen is fully equipment,Air-conditioning,car parking I'd like to send special thanks to Miss karine the owner of the hotel, she is very kind and cooperatives. المبنى عباره عن ثلاثة أدوار ويتكون من شقق مفرده وثنائيه أ نظيفه جدا وبعض الشقق يطل على منظر بانوراما البحيرة ... что говорят » خاصة الدور الثالث والمطبخ مجهز بالكامل ويوجد غسالة ملابس بالمجان وصاحبة الفندق متعاونه جدا ويوجد مخبز عبر الشارع. أنصح وبقوة لمن لديه سياره حيث تبع - Location 2 minutes walk from the lake was fantastic, everything was new and super clean. Air-conditioning, exterior blinds, huge bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. The owners were there upon arrival to welcome us and explain everything.

  Our stay was great we loved Annecy Hotel was in prime position the designer of the rooms was lacking in common sense .We had great stay at Belvedere. - The room was beautiful, high tech fixtures and lighting, fabulous view, nice balcony. Cleaned daily, very friendly housekeeper.

  This is a nice appart hotel with everything you need in economy holiday. There is a good kitchen with cooking battery. The supermarket is just 500 metres from the hotel. Even can't say a bad word about it! - Design of the reception area & rooms. Well equipped and clean.
