The Domain is only a few kilometres from Auxerre but you are in the rural environment of the countryside. The Domain is steeped in history and visit the cave for degustation is a must. The Domain Borgnat is not a five star hotel but gives a great experience to visitors wanting to see the real France and enjoy the company of fellow travellers. Regine is a wonderful host and Orlin prepares some of the best food we have had in France.

The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant,
typical French atmosphere, excellent service. Breakfast was good and
plentiful. Very nice courtyard area where we sat out for an aperitif one
evening, but I imagine on summer evenings it is very pleasant to eat in
the courtyard. Good value for money, would recommend and will definitely
stay again next time we are in the area.
