Right on the slopes. They also have a ski room where they supply skis and put them out right on the slope in the morning. Which makes very little hassle. Very pleasant hotel. -

A great location, with very helpful staff. The restaurant overlooks the
lake, and the food is superb. Also, when we did not understand something
on the menu, the chef took us into the kitchens to show us,
demonstrating his pride in his food, and his confidence in the

This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in where the rooms were a comfortable temperature i.e. around 19 - 20degrees instead of 25 or more.

I could not recommend this hotel more highly for the lovely staff and superb facilities which are well maintained.
Provided you can ski, the hotel is perfect to ski in and out and access the entire 3 Valley ski area.
If you are a beginner - it is a bit of a faff getting to the ski area for lessons, however having never skied before my 6 year old w

deep swimming pool (over 10 people made it very crowded) good steam room

but complete beginners. Well priced compared with other residence -
The Hotel is very modern (built in 2012?) but blends nicely with the
surroundings. Our room was very nicely furnished, complete with full and
modern kitchen units and utensils ...including an induction cooker and a
dishwasher. It was a very welcome change from old ski lodges where the
kitchen utensils are easily showing their age. Skiing out of and into
the Hotel ski room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and
helpful, and never looked for tips.

Staff was excellet. Breakfast tables were specifically set for us in the
morning. Mountain views are spectacular. Town has some fun places to
dine and visit. Was exactly what I had hoped for to view the Tour de
France passing over the Col du Glandon. -
