Just stayed one night here, as a stopover on the way to Italy, and glad we chose here, instead of a motorway hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, very good modern facilities, and good food. Free Spa was a luxury given the heat and the amount of cycling we did. Stayed for four nights to watch two stages of the Tour de France. Will use it as a base to the French Alps again next year. - Everything looks new and is very well decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We were delayed for our arrival but Thomas happily agreed to wait for us. When we finally arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and were very well looked after.
Excellent staff who speak very good English (useful when your tired!).
The hotel has good facilities, is great value for money and is well worth the stay. -

i have stayed in Aix Les Bains before but always in the centre of town. this hotel is a further out and a lot quieter as it is back from the main road, so for peaceful stay this is a very good hotel.

Initial problem with room allocation quickly resolved by staff, comfortable rooms with good amenities, restaurant superb, location excellent for exploring trois vallees, would return, ski lodge and taiga bar well worth visit.
