Cote Lourmarin is a gem. We stayed in the smaller of the two rooms and it was perfect. The queen bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious (shower only in this bath, but the larger room has a bath tub and a shower). Each room also has its own toilette. The house has been beautifully renovated by the owner, Christine. We have visited the village of Lourmarin many times but this was our first trip during the winter. We loved, liked, enjoyed everything. Absolutely an ideal retreat in the pine forest. Very good breakfast. Clean. Relaxing. But the advantage of Mas des Selves is Frank himself, the owner, heart and soul of the place. He would do anything to satisfy and help you during your stay. It is a place you call home and want to stay longer. A bit out of track and isolated but absolutely worth the effort to find it.

The owners couldn't have been friendlier. They had long conversations with my fiance which really helped him improve his French and took an active interest in making out stay as good as possible. The breakfast was amazing and the garden area outside our room was beautiful.

Fantastic place! Nickolas and Barbara are such wonderful hosts- nothing was too much trouble, including making reservations for the excellent nearby restaurants (a short walk). Breakfast is sensational, great communal kitchen facilities if you want to cook. Lovely rooms, a pool, outdoor eating area and beautiful surroundings make this a wonderful place to stay. We will be back.

Amazing quiet, peaceful place surrounded by olive trees, hidden from the
world. Hosts welcomed us friendly. They were helpful (provides us with
information about the region, where to go and what should we visit).
Breakfast was delightful (cheese, fresh bread, a lot of delicious
things) with perfect company of owners. Perfect place for honey moon.

Nina was a great host and gave us plenty of tips for our short stay in Marseilles. The fridge was pre-loaded with everything we needed. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

A great location with great hosts! We were a family with three kids and due to Dominique and Sylvaine's warm hospitality we all felt at home. They gave us great tips for sight seeing. The location of their made it easier for us to enjoy the peace and the beauty of the countryside and easier to reach all the nearby villages. I would definitely want to come back again!
