  It wasn't the main destination for us when we travelled to Provence but when I found the house I felt it is something different. And I was right, it is a miracle, Lady L with five cats, Klo the painter who cooks excellent, comeing from a ferry tail. The house is full of antiks everything is original not destroyed with renovation. Don't miss the dinner, it is completly different experience - A magical place. Lady L is a gracious hostess and was very kind to give us ideas for our day trips from Brignoles. Have at least one gourmet dinner at the maison. Jean Claude is a terrific chef and the presentation was beautiful. Candlelight dinner in a 17 century bastide...perfect!

  We loved the Chateau martinet - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and we dined each morning on their lovely terasse.   The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The place is ideal to get away from the noise and bussle after a day in the city or on the beach. Our room (Azur) was large and comfortable and always clean, with all the necessities and a fantastic balcony view.   Amazing location, even though it is close to towns you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, which was the beauty of it.
