The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food and service were very good. We chose this hotel for two reasons: we were en-route to Switzerland, and this hotel had a secure garage and was ideally located for the motorway. This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look
into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel
room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved
the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds,
the big desk on wheels, the fridge, microwave and tea kettle, the
complimentary toiletries and snacks (what budget hotel still does

Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. The locality was great as we could park the car and walk all around Reims from this location. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.
