  The food and its location - The Hotel was in fact close to the Sanctuary as it states. It was also nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. The food was good but a little over-priced.

  An excellent room with a lot of space and superior fittings. The underground parking was a real bonus because of the rain. - Wow what a hotel! Everything is so modern we just loved everything about it. Everything was so clean (even the painted garage floor).

Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff, charming french-english speaking children who did a great job as receptionist's assistants. Plenty of p arking nearby. I learned during my stay that the summer was looking bleak for so many of the hotels and traders who, in the Pyrenees, depend o - We used this as a stopover on a motorcycle tour of the Pyrenees. When we checked in, the lady could not have been more helpful in offering to carry helmets, bags, jackets etc to the room and showing us the facilities There was a gentleman there who spoke superb english (who was also a motorcyclist) who was able to give us local knowledge on the times of the road closures for the mountain passes due to maintenance. Although this resulted in us leaving the hotel very early the next morning before

  The location was perfect as a base for cycling and walking trips into the nearby mountains. It was also within easy walking distance from Saint-Lary and Veille-Aure villages for shopping and restaurants. The price of the 6-person appartment was very reasonable considering the time of year and a big sporting event taking place.

  A very warm welcome in a beautiful house makes it easy to recomend a stay if you are passing by. My partner and I argue about the quality of the food but it was at the very least satisfying and the dinner conversation with our host and six guest was a joy.
