  Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We could easily come and go. - Beds were comfortable and we had adjoining rooms for us and children. A kettle was a nice touch so we could make drinks although no milk of any sort provided.

  Huge comfy beds/pillows. Stylish room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was great lots of choice - continental style. Free wifi was good. The restaurant next door was very nice for dinner. The spa is amazing and well worth the additional €10. Lots of jacuzzi pools, sauna, steam room, turkish bath - all really amazing.   The hotel suite was spacious and excellent for our family of 4. It was nice to have a kitchen. The hotel staff was helpfull and spoke English well. Everything is in walking distance, including the station, the lovely lake, banks and shops. As we were right at the end of the season they allowed us to check out after 5PM so we could shower after skiing before going to the airport. - Really good value, clean, ski lockers in basement, swimming pool, large common area, staff, cook in room facility.

Nice cosy hotel, fine rooms (small but not tiny) with nice bathroom, well maintained, super staff, very helpfull and polite, speaks english very good - could not be better.
