All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. It was easy to go
to Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux from here as there was a ferry port
opposite the hotel. It was cheaper than the Swiss hotels around the lake
with similar location and comfort, so this hotel can be preferred for
accommodation while travelling around the lake. Public parking is

Everything. This was one of our two favorite hotels during our three
week stay. This is a former Relais et Chateaux property and the
quality of service and facilities still shines through. Excellent
value for the money.

Great place. Beautiful building with nice, cozy and clean rooms. Fantastic view from the balcony. Staff are really great - helpful, polite and nice. Garden around the main building is so beautiful. Tasty breakfast and nice supper.

Staff was very helpful. Printed off information on the current weather condition on place to travel--we did not speak French staff spoke English for us. Staff friendly and helpful - He breakfast was excellent. As was the room. The location and riversidewalk into the old town was wonderful

This Savoyard-style building is comfortable and modern, and is located a short distance from Lake Annecy and the main route to Geneva and Paris. Mont Blanc is one hour away.
