This place was amazing. We arrived early 4 hours early and were promptly checked in. The reception staff member was very welcoming and showed us to our room. We also met the co-owner at the end of our stay, and she was more than happy to provide a wealth of information. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them both. The location was fantastic, the building had a sense of tradition and the spa area was clean and very relaxing. I will be sure to return to this hotel.

It was cosy hotel, nice and calm, in a lovely location. Included in price, the use of hotel pool and sauna, an extra plus. Also, breakfast was great. A nice touch was the home made jam one was given when checking out.

L'ami Fritz was a gem. Ottrott is a strategically located village for exploring the Alsace Wine Route as well as the Vosges Mountains. Room clean, well equipped except for lack of fridge and ours had a lovely balcony, ideal for soaking up the evening sun!
