  Staff were very helpful especially recommending a very good doctor when I became ill. Hotel is well located near the town centre and has excellent car parking facilities. - The proximity to the springs of Vichy and the Belle Epoque spa areas cannot be beat. The lobby is grand, deceptively, since the rooms were decidedly not.

She immediately sent up a repair man who fixed it by plugging in the lamps to the wall socket - whoops. The pool's OK but a little claustraphobic; surroundings and decor are very pleasant and the room was easy to get and keep warm. Good breakfast in large sunny room with attentive service. Friendly helpful staff speak some English.   The hotel staff were excellent, the room was a great size and the towels and other amenities were of a very good quality. We had a lovely bath in our room which was an added luxury. The food was excellent. - Really nice rooms, lovely comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Great location near the centre of the town and right beside a park and the river.

  The hotel was everything we hoped for and the views from the grounds and our bedroom amazing. The food was first class . We enjoyed the fitness centre as the swimming pool unfortunately was closed at this time of year. - Comfortable hotel in a picturesque location. Excellent restaurant.
