  As we have two very young children, we go for serviced apartments rather than hotels wherever possible these days. We had a three bed apartment (No 8). It was was modern, well-appointed, clean and quiet. We had unlimited access to the heated salt water infinity pool at La Reserve, which is truly stunning (note that they turn the heating off at abo... что говорят » ut 6pm). There is also a nice spa and gym. It is a great base for exploring the Cote. The Menton-Nice bus stop is in front of the building. The Beauli - Lovely appartment with very well equipped kitchen. felt instantly at home. good location. even the church which was opposite didnt pose a problem with bells ringing. whilst it is quite expensive overall I think its worth the money. The residence is opposite the hotel, so the hotel staff bring bags park car etc, all were very nice and efficient. Would recommend La residence to anyone

  Stayed here for four nights. Location was excellent. 2 minutes walk to the front with a good choice of restaurants. 15 minute walk to the Palais. Staff and the owner were polite, friendly, helpful and arranged airport transfer. - Very clean and modern. Close to center. Friendly and helpful owner. Well equipped apartment.

  The hosts were fantastic and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The place is ideal to get away from the noise and bussle after a day in the city or on the beach. Our room (Azur) was large and comfortable and always clean, with all the necessities and a fantastic balcony view. The gardens and the pool area are very well looked aft... что говорят » er and we made every use of the pool during our stay. We will be going back! Thank you Jean René and Michael! - The location is stunning with brilliant views. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Hosts Michael and Jean are outstanding, funny, welcoming and incredibly helpful.   Very friendly place, 10 minutes from Nice. Apartment and swimming pool are clean. The historic part of Villeneuve-Loubet is small but pretty nice and an easy walk for having dinner or buying bread early morning.
