Good sized apartment with a magnificent sea view. We could enjoy the view from the bedroom, the living room and the balcony, where breakfast was served at the designated time (they left it covered with a towel).
We didn't use many of the room facilities (the kitchen for instance) but what we used was in working order (shower for example).

What a wonderful place. All the staff were incredibly charming and helpful. The hotel isn't in St Paul but it's only 5 minutes walk (which is quite useful when working off dinner!). we stayed in room 18 which is a suite with a terrace and was a good sized, comfortable room and great to have a drink on the terrace. the general feel of the place is a relaxing hamlet. it was very peaceful. the service and general facilities are a good 3/4 star and not as stuffy as some 5star places are. parking is good and it is a ten minute walk to St. Paul but there is a good 'locals' restaurant 5 minutes away.

Very modern villa with functional furnishing. The guest apartments, at least three of them, are in the bottom level where you also have a terrace in front of your entrance. There is also a private car parking at the same level.

This is the best place I have ever stayed after more than more than 20 years of travelling I have found heaven! Stephanie and Oliver treated us like family with care, class and an attention to detail only found in 6 star hotels! The home made breakfast was amazing and I still miss it. Everything about it is superb. Just when you thought it could not possibly get any better Stephanie did my hair for an awards night and it was perfect. The atmosphere is pure peace and happiness. This hotel is highly recommendable. It has a really great atmosphere with a very slick design. It is located on a pedestrian street in the centre of Juan les pins and right by a small beach with crystal clear water. Sophie, hotel owner, was so very accommodating. On our arrival she immediately changed our booking to another room to best suit our baggage needs. Nothing was a problem. We had an excellent stay at Villa St Hubert, great location with a central point of all amenities and city points of interests. The owner was excellent with a great amount of knowledge as took time to help and talk to us. Will def stay here again when we visit and would recommend to others.
